She was instrumental in the development of Pain Solutions Center of Philadelphia, helping to establish it as a trusted resource for pain management. Currently, Randi brings her expertise to the Philadelphia Center for Anti-Aging, where she continues to drive marketing strategies and enhance patient services. A dedicated professional and a mother of two, she is passionate about delivering exceptional care and improving the patient experience.
Barbra Kitchenman
Office Manager & Accounting
With over 36 years of experience in the healthcare industry, Barb has been an integral part of our office team. As Office Manager and Head of Billing, she ensures the smooth operation of the office and manages all billing processes with expertise and attention to detail. Barb’s extensive experience and dedication make her a trusted resource for both patients and staff. Outside of her professional life, she is a proud mother of two.
Megan Campuzano
Medical Assistant & Phlebotomist
Megan is a highly skilled medical assistant and phlebotomist with 14 years of experience in the healthcare field. Over the years, Megan has gained diverse experience, including working at a weight loss management office, cardiology office, and as an office manager at a general practitioner’s office. She now works in the pain management field, where she continues to provide compassionate care to patients.
Outside of her professional life, Megan is a proud mom of two boys and volunteers as a member of her local home & school associations.

Collections Supervisor
With 17 years of experience in medical collections, Sylvia has been a vital member of our office team. As Collections Supervisor, she oversees all patient accounts with precision, professionalism, and compassion, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of balances while maintaining positive patient relationships. Sylvia’s deep knowledge of healthcare billing and her commitment to excellence make her an invaluable part of our practice. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends.
