Meet Dr. Ficchi

Dr. Stephen F. Ficchi is the Founder and Medical Director of the Pain Solution Center of Philadelphia, a multisite practice specializing in comprehensive pain management, disability evaluation, and interventional treatment. For over two decades, Dr. Ficchi has been dedicated to helping patients achieve lasting relief and improved function through personalized, evidence-based care.

He earned his undergraduate degree in Biology from LaSalle College and his Doctorate in Osteopathic Medicine from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (PCOM), followed by residency training at Delaware Valley Medical Center.

Dr. Ficchi is board-certified in Family Medicine, Pain Management, Disability Evaluation, and Independent Medical Examination, bringing a deep understanding of both the clinical and medicolegal aspects of pain. He is licensed in Pennsylvania and Delaware and continues to advance his expertise through ongoing medical education in interventional techniques, disability assessment, and emerging pain therapies.

Throughout his career, Dr. Ficchi has served as a clinical instructor in family medicine, training interns and residents, and as a member of the Board of Directors at Delaware Valley Medical Center. His approach emphasizes clear communication, compassionate care, and measurable outcomes for every patient.
